We will pick up your dirty clothes and textiles from your home or office and deliver them back to you fresh, clean, and germ free. Now offering contactless Pick Up & Delivery in Meade County KY, Floyd and Clark Counties IN. Some restrictions apply
Here’s how it works
- Once you have clicked on the link, first time users will need to select “Register New Account” and follow the instructions to verify user.
- Next, you will need to complete your profile by entering your address, phone numbers, email information, preferences and any special instruction.
- When creating your customer profile, you will leave instructions as to where you will leave your bag of items to be picked up and where you would like for us to leave your finished items. Example; front porch, back porch, inside screen patio, inside garage…etc. This IS a contactless service.
- When you ready to use the service just go to the CUSTOMER PORTAL at www.OldCapitalCleaners.com, Login and select REQUEST A PICKUP.
- You will need to have your items at the pickup location no later than 9:00am on the morning of your scheduled pick up day.
